- How are your frozen products shipped?
All seafood orders are packaged in a Styrofoam cooler with frozen gel packs, vacuum sealed, and shipped to yoo. The price of shipping is NOT included in the product prices.
- On your price list, what do those numbers beside the shrimp mean?
Our gulf shrimp are available in many different shapes and sizes. For those not familiar with the size chart, the 26/30 size means there are 26 to 30 shrimp to the pound. The smaller the numbers the larger the shrimp - 10/15 is considered jumbo shrimp. We have head-on shrimp, shrimp tails and peeled shrimp.
- How about some suggestions on how to prepare crabs, and what's a gumbo crab?
