 Crawfish Cornbread 

2 eggs

1 onion - chopped

1/2 bell pepper - chopped

1 cornbread mix

1/2 cup cooking oil or olive oil

1 cup graded cheese

2 teaspoons chopped Jalapeno peppers

1 pound of LA peeled crawfish

salt and pepper

 

Mix all ingredients - pour into a 9 x 12 pan Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. As good as a meal...
